Free Boiler Under Govt ECO4 Grants
Free and funded replacement boilers are available under the ECO scheme initiated by the government. This scheme is aimed at helping households with low income to reduce their expenses for heating their homes and also reducing their carbon footprint. ECO4 grants are available for home owners and privately rented properties of low energy rating (EPC rating of D,E,F and G) subject to income and benefits related criteria and retrofit assessment survey.

New ECO4 UPDATE MARCH 2023
According to new rules regarding ECO4, Free Boiler replacement and insulation grants will be continued until March 2026. In addition to Boiler Grants, Now, first time central heating (FTCH) and new electric storage heater grants are available to off gas and electric only properties. These new grants are available to both owner occupied and rented properties where households are in receipt of one the eligible benefits. How Do I Qualify For Free Boiler and Insulation Grant
You can qualify for free boiler and insulation grants under government ECO4 funding grants.
FREE BOILER, CENTRAL HEATING, AND INSULATION
Under Govt. ECO4 and Warmer Homes Energy Grants.
Grants are available for home owners and privately rented properties of low energy ratings (EPC rating of D, E, F, and G) subject to income and benefits related eligibility criteria and retrofit assessment survey.

Any member in the household must be either receiving one of the following DWP benefits or should meet the maximum annual household income criteria listed below
